As a psychotherapist, I support people to understand the ways in which their experiences have impacted their wellbeing, emotion regulation and relationships.

I work using a relational approach, as research has consistently shown that the relationship itself is a primary mediator of change in therapy. I draw on affect regulation therapy, polyvagal theory, psychodynamic approaches, emotion-focused therapy and parts work in a way that is tailored to the needs of the individual and take a Health At Every Size (HAES) approach. 

I have been through my own psychotherapy journey, so I understand the vulnerability it takes to reach out and engage in this work.
